I strive to run my business with honesty and integrity. At times I might forget about messaging someone back or sending a tracking number. I am just one person. I am not Amazon with Prime shipping times. I am a mother of four, a wife, a granddaughter and primary caregiver of my 94 year old grandma who suffers from Alzheimer’s, an animal mom here on our homestead, and a homeschooling mom. If I don’t get back to you in the timeframe you think I should, please don’t hesitate to reach back out. I do not take offense to that. Instead, it helps me be a better businesswoman, and I appreciate the follow-up.
I pride myself on offering high-quality. I source all of my earring hardware and custom engraved necklace blanks from two sources, both of whom are highly respected in their types of business.
As for the permanent jewelry chains I only buy from three very reputable sources. All the chains I offer have gone through a strenuous process of testing for quality! I will not buy chains that I know will break, as I want to only offer my customers the best. In doing so, I might lose a few customers who are looking for a super dainty chain, or a popular one that I know has issues, as I will not offer those. Could I get my supplies cheaper? Probably, but would I trust other places like I do my trusted sources? Probably not. There are also lots of things that can affect your weld, and I am not afraid to double check my welds or cut off a jump ring that I do not like the weld on. Some people will simply zap and you’re done. However, I would rather double check and know that you are getting a good weld. I will cut off multiple jump rings in order to give you the best weld possible if need be. Does that cost me more? Yes. I’d rather have a satisfied customer than save a few dollars.
If, for some crazy reason, your permanent jewelry should break, I have a 10-day policy. I know that sometimes it takes us a bit to get used to wearing something 24/7 and accidents happen. I will happily reweld or repair a broken chain if you contact me within 10 days of purchase. Rewelds or adjustments after the 10-day period are subject to an additional fee. It might take me a little time to schedule you in depending on my availability, but I will always make it right. However, refunds are on a case-by-case basis. I will only refund the original form of payment, only if there are extenuating circumstances, and the item is returned. Refunds are not a guarantee simply because you keep breaking your permanent jewelry, especially if you are not wanting to have it fixed or replaced. I will offer to replace your piece if within the 10-day window, and if I can clearly see that there is a defect. Once I cut your chain, however, all sales are final.
Earring sales, and custom engraved items are always final due to the nature of those products. However, if something should happen, I’m more than happy to make it right. Please reach out to me.
Things happen, and I get it. I will always try to make things right. I will not, however, give into bullying to give you a refund, especially to another form of payment. I will never refund your card payment in the form of cash or Venmo. If Walmart and other big-name companies have that policy it is for a reason!
